What is AWS Chatbot?

If you choose to start from scratch, the CLI will prompt you with a series of questions to set the intents and slots for the chatbot. With it, we created a travel chatbot that was perfectly suitable for text communication and chatting via social media to book a trip and identified some key considerations for working with Lex in the future. These being said, it’s important to focus on a bottom-up approach when building a voice chatbot with Lex.
